A One Euro Coin from All 12 Countries
Packaging & Presentation
The "official" set issued by the Belgian Mint is in an attractive package. As these have just arrived in stock 11th January, we have not yet had time to add a photograph. The cover says "Euro Presidency Set 2002". In addition to the twelve 1 euro coins, there are two medallions, each for one of the countries holding the Euro Presidency in 2002, Spain and Denmark. Only one side of each medallion can be seen, so we presume they are uniface. There is also a CD "Images of Europe" enclosed with this set. It can be viewed on a computer or played on a CD music player.
Our Own 12 x 1 Euro Coin Set
Our own version will be in our own attractive presentation packaging, which will consist of a card insert within a rigid plastic case, so that the coins can be viewed from either side.
Whichever you choose, make sure you order your Euro coin set early.

CD Details
Using a computer, either PC or Mac, you can view "Images of Europe", 50 images from each of Spain and Denmark, the two EU members who hold the EU Presidency this year, at the same time listening to three music tracks of Europe, Spain and Denmark.
In a CD music player, there are eight tracks, which are as follows:-
- Asturias from Spanish Suite, Opus 47, Number 5, Isaac Albeniz.
- Barcarole from Akvareller, Opus 19, Neils Wilhelm Gade.
- Concert Study for Harp in B flat minor, Opus 193, Félix Godefroid.
- Concerto for Mandolin in C - Allegro, Antonio Vivaldi.
- Rondeau from Abdelazer Suite, Henry Purcell.
- Te Deum - Prelude, Marc-Antoine Charpentier.
- Symphony Number 40, KV 550, Molto Allegro, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
- Ode an die Freude from Symphony Number 9, Ludwig van Beethoven.
